Their craftsman was a no show (strike 1) for scheduled appointment for closet door repair, I received no call or text (strike 2) to inform me of any delay. I tried calling their two numbers, got a voice mail greeting that didn't identify the company (strike 3). After finally getting through to someone, I was told they're trying a new answering service. She told me she'd call their person and get right back to me. After 10 minutes not hearing (strike 4), I called again and was told she could not reach him, didn't say why she didn't call me back (strike 5), so I asked for boss' number. Called him, told him of my issues and frustration with the unacceptable situation, only to be told that their guy had turned around to get a tool he needed for a subsequent job without telling anybody (strike 6). Having taken off work time for this appointment, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. Boss David went on to tell me he didn't want me as a customer, and that if I submitted a negative review that he would have it remove! Strike OUT!
