We had a less than 3 year old sofa's springs collapse. Two of the three sections. Haverty's was of very little help and it was out of warranty. After trying to work with another company, I called Dave and he came out. This guy is the man when it comes to sofa repair. He showed me where the shoddy work was during assembly and he not only fixed our springs but made the sofa considerably sturdier, adding screws and fasteners that were missed at the manufacturer. AND he didn't adjust his fee for the additional work. I can't say enough about him. He's fair, knows what he's doing and likes dogs. Highly recommended.

David replaced all the springs in my favorite sofa - In-House! He did an excellent job. Reasonably priced. It's hard to find someone that will do it in-house - saving time and money. He had to take the sofa apart, replace the springs, and put it back together. He did it in under five hours.

When I described my recliner problem on the phone, Dave told me that the mechanism needed to be replaced, that I needed to get the replacement mechanism, and what he would charge to do the replacement. After I got the replacement, I called Dave again and was able to schedule an appointment with him on the earliest date I had available. He came on time and made the repair. He was easy to reach and pleasant and efficient to deal with.
