Casey's has taken care of our vehicles for more than 25 years, since the original owner/founder. After Brian took over the business, it has just gotten better. They stress customer service, never try to upsell or advise getting something we don't need. They explain everything clearly, never in a condescending tone, and never push to get a service done. As they have expanded (Chantilly, Sterling, Great Falls) they have hired more people. The ones that don't follow the same values of customer service and friendly/courteous personality of the company don't last long. If they notice something that needs repair, they let you know if it can wait & what it will cost. One of our cars had an electrical problem and they kept at it until it was resolved. They actually refused to do a repair on our old truck that would have cost close to $2K because they didn't want us to keep pouring money into it (they had done $1200 worth of repairs a couple months earlier). Who turns down easy money?? We don't know how they compare price-wise to other auto repair shops, but they are trustworthy and worth every penny.

Very good to deal with; honest about services needed. They don't rip you off. When I started with using them I was told that by another repair shiopI needed an expensive repair on one of my cars; however they disagreed and did some relatively inexpensive maintenance. The car worked fine and that was several years ago. I highly recommend them.

Very nice, clean and contemporary office and waiting area. The parking area is also orderly, with plenty of parking spaces for customers. Every member of the staff has always been extremely and sincerely friendly, making me feel welcomed. They always provide a comprehensive list of what's needed or recommended, stating which recommended repairs should be made ASAP, as opposed to those which may be able to wait. This allows me to choose what I want to have done and when. Their list also includes an explanation, with photos. Unfortunately, they don't offer weekend working hours.
