I have a lifetime warranty on my Jeep. I have taken it here for several years. They do a great job of identifying problems, and getting Jeep to fix them. Their prices for routine service are fair. I wish the had a car wash. Otherwise they are great. I understand cars and they don't try to get me to pay for service the Jeep doesn't need.

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on; that repair was covered by a warranty policy. The service advisor recommended additional maintenance, which I agreed to, but the cost I was charged was significantly higher than what I was quoted. After some back-and-forth, I did receive a partial credit. I chose this shop because they have convenient hours and in-house car rental. The trade-off is they are significantly more expensive. And you should get your quote in writing.

I've only gone to them with a new vehicle for warranty service, but they have done those services correctly and efficiently.
