we've used Morty's for almost 10 years and a number of different vehicles. Occasionally we tried other shops (e.g., Toyota specialty shops) but have come back to Morty's. I've called with problems with an electric car and he told me it was almost certainly covered by the manufacturer's warranty and, while he would work on it, I should probably take it to a dealer. They've been responsive to short notice needs (kid goes back to college tomorrow and...). I don't think I've ever been upsold, but they have told me it's not worth repairing some things as there will be no impact to safety or reliability. I just wish their hours were a little better.
