I like going to this dealership for servicing on my Highlander Hybrid because they have great hours, cheap loaner cars, and ok prices. However, would not buy tires at the dealership....more expensive and the road repair warranty is pretty sad when compared to Costco's tires.

I have had my 2018 RAV4 for 4 years and have only gone to Ourisman Chantilly. I most likely pay more for repairs but I get in quickly, get a loaner conveniently on the spot, and my car is fixed the first time. I do only have 53K on it so time will tell if the positive trend continues. Being a single 68 year old woman does not give me concern. I feel I am always given the full picture and it is my choice to follow through on recommended repairs or not. The ease of the experience with them usually makes it worth it for me.
