Recent servicing of my Lexus Model LS-400 by Pohanka Lexus was absolutely unsatisfactory. In doing a routine Virginia state safety inspection, the Pohanka inspector broke the emergency brake resulting in a continuously-on front panel red warning light. The dealership repair shop refused to fix it, even though the emergency brake is a required safety inspection attribute. This renders the car permanently "failed" for future safety inspections. Later, a different dealership fixed the problem - tracing it to two incorrectly installed rear brakes (which had been last worked on by Pohanka Lexus some months earlier). This experience is totally unsatisfactory.
