Pohanka Lexus provides a high level of quality and service. However, as an authorized Lexus dealer, their hourly rates for services are significantly higher than an independent service center.

They are great and open all day long, 7 days a week. My only issue is that they are 40 minutes away from my home.

Pohanka Lexus' service shop used to be impeccably good: one could depend on them doing the work correctly on the first effort. Three to four years ago, when I took my car to them for a couple of comparatively minor problems, they did not do all of the work on the first trip, and they reset some buttons in the car - the ceiling light button, for example - so that I thought the items were not working. I took the car back to Pohanka at least 2 more times. Between the second and third visits, I tried contacting the service manager, who forgot how to answer phone calls and return phone messages. Becoming more frustrated, I called the dealership's general manager, who tried to "pawn me off" again on the service manager. When I told him (the GM) my experience, he still was reluctant to help. I then told him, "If you won't help me, I'll go over your head to your regional manager." Only then did the general manager help me - and then the service manager somehow miraculously called me to apologize profusely and to help me. Ever since then, both my husband and I have noticed that something is usually wrong - or not put back in the pre-repair position - on 9 out of 10 experiences. They have noticeably deteriorated during the last 3-5 years.
