Center kept our new Lincoln 4 days on an electronics issue, could not fix the phone-as-a-key feature and simply referred us to Lincoln's Concierge (again). They failed to return calls for setup of services. The electronics problem was fully corrected months later by Koons Ford Falls Church (an authorized Lincoln service center), which found that electronic records show Britt Lincoln did not actually work on the car. Britt's routine maintenance service is costly and the staff are not pleasant.

We have owned Fords for decades but hadn’t been to Ted Britt Fairfax in years. Returning for service and recall work has been worthwhile, with quick and professional receiving, a comfortable and well-organized waiting area, effective and timely maintenance, very helpful follow-up and reasonable prices. I’m once again their service customer.

The Fairfax courtesy driver tends to be rude, speeds, and does not always wear a seat belt. Also, if you need a courtesy ride they tend to end this service at 3pm.
