James came out and was very efficient and professional in providing the quote, which was 15% lower than a more well known competitor in Loudoun County for the same product and work (removing existing flooring, hauling away, adding Luan and install of new flooring). The installer Saul and his partner did a fantastic job, were courteous and always kept the work areas spotless. I very highly recommend K & K.

James did our pricing. I actually never met him in person. He came by our townhouse while my wife was home and got our requirements. We had about 4 or 5 companies come out and got about three quotes. We have about 800 sq ft in a very big living / dining room and about 20 steps from the basement to the upper level. We went with pre-finished to avoid a lot of sanding. We got white risers. James' installation crew, Areli and Jesus, did a fantastic job. We went with Mirage Red Oak (Nevada) 3 1/4". James was very responsive. We received his orice estimate within days of him coming out. We couldn't be happier.
