Excellent company in every respect. They replaced flooring in our house and the experience was efficient, seamless and without surprises. Their work crew was coordinated and attended to every detail. No need to look elsewhere for your flooring needs.

I purchased carpeting from Clawes and three times I told them I wanted the upgraded padding (for durability/better quality) The first salesperson showed me the "included" padding and the upgraded pad which I said I wanted. I also told the estimator I wanted the upgraded padding. I specifically asked again when I made the deposit that I was getting the upgraded padding and he said yes. About half way through the installation, I noticed they were using the cheaper padding. I called the store because there was a second charge for padding - but he claimed I ordered the cheap one. The installers did a great job - but I don't have what I wanted. I will never use them again and do not recommend them. Do not trust them to actually listen to you.

Clawes Carpet provided a great product at the right price with superior service. We had a water leak in the basement and needed replacement carpet pad to match the padding in the rest of the basement. I spoke with Alan in the Clifton office and he quickly found the padding I needed and arranged for my pick up on short notice. Alan called the next day to ensure that I was totally satisfied with the product and the service I received. Great job.
