This is a business where the main work done by the teams is good, but the office management is terrible. They were often slow at replying, but because the work was generally good we let it slide. Then they started billing us incorrectly many months after the work was done and it all went to hell. The became unhelpful and rude from that point on. They billed us 8 man hours for something that took a team of 2 about one hour to do together. We closed our account with them after a number of terse exchanges, and then six months later they sent us an additional bill "Oooh, we'd like a bit more for you because we forgot to bill you this". And this was AFTER we had settled and closed the account. In the end we figured it wasn't worth the effort of going to court, because that was what they were basically threatening, so we just paid and washed our hands of them. They just have some ridiculous practices when it comes to managing their business and their customers. Avoid.
