They will inspect your entire car prior to commencing repairs and will then provide estimates - and pictures via a text report to your phone - of any trouble spots. We also like to check their recommendations against the schedules in the manual for fluid changes, scheduled parts replacements, etc. to avoid exercising premature (?) service options.
