I went to Brown's Nissan Sterling VA. The service department is excellent. the prices are outrageous. $163 to change a headlight bulb.

Service on our Nissan leaf was not well managed. Attitude was poor as twice we were sent insulting emails saying we'd missed our appt. although we had been there for the service! We also thought they pushed work that didnt need to be done. We'd shared this with our sales rep who was quite good, and she was not shocked to hear our comments, saying she also tried to advise service on such before. But she kept trying. So at the last visit just this month, after initially telling me the service would be about an hour, so I scheduled that time/date b/c i could manage that time out of the office then, I learned half an hour after arrival that they needed at least another hour. I was upset with this but for the first time tho they did give me a rental.

Actual prices were 175% of prices given on phone when I scheduled service. Although two parts were to be replaced that were discussed when appointment was scheduled weeks in advance, they didn't order until after car was in shop -- and one arrived late delaying completion.
