I responded to an offer of a discount for an oil change but found it expensive even after the discount. They kept trying to upcharge me for other services but I was already ticked off that the car was ready but they did not tell me right away. The service pro I dealt with was not nearly as good as the guy I dealt with when I had to go there a year earlier for a dealer-required repair job that was performed exceptionally well and for way less than I expected. This still is the preferred Chevy repair shop I will go to if I have to have a Chevy dealer repair my car but I was less satisfied than the first time I took my care there.

1. I had to leave my car overnight for work that should have been done the same day. They did provide a free loaner. 2. During safety inspection, pushed me to get a lot of significant work done under the risk of failing safety inspection. When I said I will take the vehicle elsewhere, they reduced the work and cost, and passed safety inspection. Does not reflect well on the business.
