Typical dealer trying to sell flushes and um-nessessary work. I go here for factory service when it's covered under warranty and nothing else.

Had my VW repaired there twice. Both times, I had to turn around and take it back because the repairs were obviously not done properly. On the first repair, they had not repaired the front wheel properly (dangerous!). On the second repair, they had not even re-installed all of the parts under the hood. I have evidence that they did not perform all of the 40K services I paid for either.

My sunroof worked great when I brought the car in for its regular service. Sunroof didn't work when I got it back. I took the car back, and they said I needed to spend about $500 to fix the sunroof. I brought the car home and discovered all that was wrong was a missing fuse. I think they took out the fuse.
