Very professional and honest - they do quality work - they don't try to upsell you or do unnecessary work. Reasonably priced, helpful staff. I've taken my car to Rosslyn when a dealership told me I needed new brakes - Rosslyn checked them and told me I had over 50% left - they are a busy shop because of their quality work and fair pricing.
