Very professional and honest - they do quality work - they don't try to upsell you or do unnecessary work. Reasonably priced, helpful staff. I've taken my car to Rosslyn when a dealership told me I needed new brakes - Rosslyn checked them and told me I had over 50% left - they are a busy shop because of their quality work and fair pricing.

Took one of my vehicles here for a safety inspection and they ended up doing an emissions check. No biggie because I needed it anyway. Then, I had to bring another car in to check for damage possibly caused by squirrels near the engine compartment. They told me to go to a detailer instead. A detailed doesn't check for wear and tear possibly caused by squirrels. Also, the safety inspector lost his license for 3 months as I was also told by the staff. They are nice, but you have to be prepared for them looking for opportunities to not service you. I will not be visiting again.
