I have had multiple good experiences at Safford Mazda in keeping my 2016 CX-5 mechanically healthy. The car was well-made to start with but I believe Safford Mazda's service department has contributed to its continued strong performance. Staff have always been helpful and friendly, the work has always been top notch, and I've appreciated how they've made the wait as painless as possible with a clean and open waiting room and a loaner car when my car services is overly long. Because it's a dealership, I'm not sure their prices are always the best but I have appreciated their help in reaching cost-effective solutions.

Meh. Only use for Mazda specific. A dealer w dealer prices & upsells. Brought in for check light - fixed problem & didn’t reset light. Brought in for mileage service w light on and they didn’t reset that. Two separate visits. New facilities. Great coffee machine. Lack of attention to detail in service department.
