Chose WB Motors based on their Checkbook reviews. Scheduled an appointment via email. Dropped off my car the night before. Received an email from Joe the next morning with an estimate and explanation of what was wrong. I authorized him to proceed and it was repaired by that afternoon. I would definitely go back to this shop in the future. I requested that all communications be through email and they accommodated me. They were really responsive via email and that was important to me.
