I have had my Hondas serviced by Rosenthal for 15 years, and been completely satisfied with their service department every time. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, and why, and take pride in their work.

I have been a customer since I purchased my first Honda Accord in 1999; we also purchased a 2007 CR-V and both vehicles are still in great condition. We have all of our work done by Fairfax Honda; our service representative is knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to any Honda owners.

Buying a car isn't always a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised at Fairfax Honda. I took issue with them on a particular company policy and they handled it professionally.

Took over 4 hours to buy a used car in full with a cashier's check. They still insisted on running a credit check for some reason. The salespeople mostly ignored us the whole time and never new how long the process would take. After we bought the car, our title never arrived after several months. After going to the DMV, we found that the dealer had falsely put our bank down as the lien-holder. Our bank was very confused and had to figure out how to draft a letter releasing us from a non-existent lien so we could get the title from the DMV.

I went there through the Costco auto purchase service. In the past, that system worked well and avoided all the dealer nonsense. This experience of dealer harassment was the worst I ever experienced. I will never go there again and I probably will not use costco for auto purchases.
