Kevin Promen at Mill Direct is my go-to-guy for flooring. I've been working with him for over 10 years. Listens intently, and has so much experience, he knows so many solutions to help you get to your goal. Great installation by his crew. Always on time and on budget.

I had a very small job, but the extremely patient sales staff worked with me as if I was doing an entire building. I had to come up with a carpet color and texture to match various paint, furnishings, and more in a tight area. Mill Direct offers an excellent range of choices from which to select, in both quality and design/color/material type. 'Loaner' samples were available to take to the site, and the representatives will direct you to any other available resources (on-line, etc) that may help in decision-making. Realistic schedule dates and timeframes were established up front - no over-promising. Sales staff works fluidly with supplier and their install crew. The install crew was as professional and pleasant as the show-room staff. No matter what type flooring I am looking to purchase, this will be my first stop in the future. Could not be more pleased.
