Sales staff were very helpful at identifying optimum product to meet our needs. Delivery of vinyl "planks" tightly on time, and handled carefully by installers. Crew chief Mr. Park and his team were outstanding--very careful at removing the old carpet with minimal dust; cleaning the plywood subfloor in my 45-year-old house,, cutting the vinyl "planks" to fit with amazing precision, and cleaning up the worksite. The finished flooring is absolutely flawless. I noted on the check the payment was for "a new house".

Clawes Carpet and Flooring was extremely helpful when the carpeting on our stairs needed to be replaced. They went above and beyond in sending someone to remove the many nails in the hardwood steps that had been used in a previous installation. They also were willing to respond quickly because our dog could not use the stairs without carpeting. Everyone who came to our house was so nice and helpful. The carpeting was installed last fall and it still looks new. Recommended!
