THIS is an update to my earlier post where I rated it 100%. However, I am compelled to state the following, I am certain he does good work at fair price . \However, I am guilty of expressing my thoughts , as I did to him, having a bad renter, eg step daughter that I need permission to go to condo to do preventing mainance, and such permission is fluid. I had scheduled apt with Steve, but canceled, stating, "I am 99% certain I will sell condo, I paid for her vacation to Domincan Republic, (keep my wife co) she did not confirm that heat was left at 55 degrees , I went there at 12 midnight Feb 3, only to not be able to enter, presumably her boyfriend was sleeping there, and had deadbolt Locked. I EXPRESSED THIS TO STEVE, COGNIZANT OF FACT THAT MAYBE TOO MUCH INFO FOR HIM, AND PERPHAS HE DI DNOT WANT TO DEAL WITH "MY DRAMA". HIS PREROGATIVE TO NOT HAVE EMPATHY. FOUND OUT TODYA, WHEN I TEXTED HIM TO TRY TO RESCHEDULE WORK, AND PRESUMABLY WAS BLOCKED FROM SENDING MESSAGES TO HIM - GAVE HIM BENEFIT, I PLACED CALL, LEFT VM, ABOUT 10 HRS AGO HAVE NOT HEARD BACK THIS PM. CAPS DO NOT MEAN YELLING, LATE , EYES ABOUT TO SHUT NEED CAPS TO SEE WHAT I AM TYPING
