VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE CLIFTON CONTRACTING TEAM. Evan, the project manager, Renee, administration, and Santiago, crew chief, all were professional and a true pleasure to work with. I met with a dozen contractors, then decided on the Clifton Team. They repaired significant erosion under a deck and replaced several railroad tie steps. All work was quality craftsmanship and a very reasonable price. I will have them back for more projects.

I had Exterior Waterproofing Experts (part of Clifton Contracting) perform comprehensive drainage remediation work on my property, including underground diversions of downspout drainage, remediation of erosion through grading and placement of river jack stone, and positive grading away from the house foundation. Evan Anolik was professional and exemplary throughout the process, answering my many questions about the project and developing workable solutions to the many problems we were experiencing. The results, so far, have been successful. Most importantly, Evan exhibited honesty and integrity that I have not always encountered from contractors, and he is backing up his work through a warranty that is more extensive than what others had offered. The cost of the project was high but not out of line with other proposals, and Evan's professionalism, integrity and quality were, and continue to be, well worth the cost. I enthusiastically recommend Evan to anyone experiencing similar drainage concerns.
