Jose Orellana came to give me an estimate, and provided no information or help - basically wanted me to do the estimate, and let him know what plants I wanted. I gave him my parameters - low maintenance plants that do well in mostly shade, with flowers and deer resistant, and asked what he recommended. He could not offer much in the way of suggestions of plants and could not provide a cost estimate. He also asked me to document our conversation and email it to him afterwards, rather than him writing up the proposal! I tried to contact him by text (the number on his business card) and also at two email addresses for the business. I never got a response.
