Although we own two Lincolns, Koons Ford has expertly serviced our cars (and they are now certified by Lincoln for service. The staff is courteous and especially thorough in resolving a complicated software issue on one car. They will do pickup of our vehicles or a ride home. Cost of services is less than the Lincoln dealer so we couldn't be more pleased.

I've had Ford cars since the late 1990's and except for warranty work and repairs and things my usual maintenance provider tells me only the dealer can do, I've avoided them like the plague. They have implied that particular additional service is necessary when in my experience, it has been an unnecessary add-on that adds hundreds of dollars to the bill.
