A few years ago, we contracted with them to solve our wet basement problem. They were the only company that would even discuss an exterior solution. They dug down to the bottom of the foundation and discovered that in the space next to the cornerstone, the builder had left one mortar joint completely empty of mortar - our house had been leaking for 80 years! An interior-only solution would not have discovered the cause, let alone fixed it. Two years later, after a particularly heavy rain, our basement was wet again. I called them and they installed an interior drain and sump pump at no charge! They said we'd already paid to have our basement fixed. Both times they were very prompt and neat. It's so nice to find an honest contractor.
