We hired Ayoub Carpet Service to deeply clean all of our top floor carpets. We cleared that level and vacuumed the floors. Willy and Brian arrived for our appointment on time and were very personable and professional. They told us what they were going to do before cleaning our carpets, such as measuring each room/area, explaining their prices, and assessing our carpets’ conditions. They then completed those tasks. Next, they met with us to give us their experienced professional opinions as to why they advised against doing the job. They told us that, they could clean our carpets if we wanted them to, but that we would not be happy with the results since our carpets were builder grade (over 25+ year old carpet) and were not in the best shape to be cleaned. We were disappointed, but very grateful to Willy and Brian for their honesty! In addition, they offered us better solutions with their company that we did not realize they had. We highly recommend Ayoub Carpet Service!
