They did several jobs around the house, including caulking the bathtub, all to my satisfaction. However, a few days later, the tub caulking had cracked in some places (where it had been applied a little too thin). They sent someone to fix it a few days later, no charge. Several weeks later, the caulking is fine. When a repair job doesn't work out, & the company comes back to fix it, it means they stand by their work, & you can't ask for more than that.

loved their reviews but i tried to call 3 times - twice from landline - third from cell. Their receptionist answered right away - but she couldnt hear us..... obviously a problem with phone. I would hope she would have tried to call us back (using caller ID)..but nothing....hopefully this will get attention. If had email - i would have tried that. They are probably great - which is why i am still trying to reach them!!!
