House Doctors is perfectly adequate. I doubt I'll be using them again but they probably are a good choice for quick/easy jobs. I wish I had gotten two or more estimates. Had I done I might feel better about House Doctor's price/solution.

I had House Doctors power wash and stain the wooden floor of my screened-in porch, paint the ceiling of the porch, and repair the steps of the outdoor deck where the stringers had rotted. Their estimate was $2000 less than the two other estimates I got. They said the work would take four days and it did. They showed up on the day they said they would and were here every day. We has some minor changes from the original work on the cost proposal and these were done with no problem and a very very reasonable additional cost. The quality of the work was excellent. I would absolutely hire them again for additional work I need.
