Custom rebuild a wall and patio for me. The wall is solid. When they redid the firepit, they decided to use regular pavers. Not good. The firepit pavers are cracking and flaking. The firepit top stones are coming off, too. They need to be reglued and mortared. Sad. The wall and other paver work is good.

The reason That there are no complaints for this vendor is that their standard contract forbids the client from posting them unless the customer has been through Custom Stonescaping's chosen Arbitration program or prevailed in a lawsuit.

I contracted with CS for a serious drainage issue that was turning my backyard into a swamp with every rain storm. I also requested a patio be installed to compliment a new deck build. I received four estimates and CS was very reasonable compared to the other proposals approach and materials. CS and the PM Ron Jacques gave me by far the best approach to resolving my drainage issues both on paper and in practice. What impressed me most was how flexible Ron was once the job started as I added on a number of additional drainage remedies to the original design that we both agreed would e beneficial. Surprisingly, the additional work was very reasonable (downright cheap) . As Ron noted, given that the crew was already here he was not going to charge me a fully "loaded" price for the mods. The paver work was very good and they even came back 2 weeks later to touch up the polymeric fill that my deck painters had washed away during paint prep.
