Their costs have sky rocketed. As of January 2026, they won't call prescriptions into online pharmacies like Chewy. Vet told me they lose money when people dont use their pharmacy. However a prescriptions my cat uses is o er $20 with them & $6 at Costco. Vet always rushes us. They are owned by a corporation so feel they are cost driven trying to maximize cost over pet care. Ex they request a yearly stool sample but than want to charge $75. A yearly exam & 2 vaccines were $225. Time to look for a cheaper Vet! You lost my business

The quality of care is fantastic. There has been some turnover in veterinarians lately; this seems to be due to younger vets moving to meet life choices. Prices have risen significantly in recent years.

They helped my cat with an eye issue and even helped me practice giving the eye drops. The cost of the visit and the eye drops was way less than I expected and when I talked to the vet about a procedure another vet recommended at a different place, which I felt would have a negative impact on my cat's quality of life, she agreed and was very practical in her assessment of how to handle things. I felt zero "upsell" pressure and will happily go back.
