Regarding being on time, Piedmont is usually fine, even though they're extremely busy because of their reputation for quality, honesty, and fair pricing. There was just one instance in which they couldn't get the right parts and kept the car for several days. The only notable problems are limited parking (mainly due to their popularity) and a small and noisy customer service area. Their customer transportation service is a major plus.

I took my Toyota Yaris in because both the ABS and Brake were on. It turns out the problem was being caused by a bad bearing on one of the rear wheels. They could told me they had to replace the computer chip that controls the ABS and the bad bearing costing me a lot more.
