I highly recommend New Line Construction; they did a superb job in renovating our master bathroom. We contacted the company because of a leak which resulted in damage to our house. From our first consultation to completion of the project, Carlos, the owner, showed genuine concern for identifying and correcting the problem. He also demonstrated his dedication to quality and standing by his work. His price quote was competitive, and we feel we received excellent value for our money. During the planning he took time to understand what we wanted, and provided sound advice on a design that would work within our bathroom layout and budget. Throughout the project he demonstrated his technical expertise in construction by pointing out details in design and workmanship, discussed the next steps his crew would take to complete the project, and described the measure they would take to make sure the problem did not reoccur. His team of workers were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Before the work was started, they laid down protection to thoroughly protect the house around their work area. Throughout the project we were continually impressed with their attention to detail. The communications were the best we’ve had with a contractor. In many cases we received an immediate answer to our questions, and never went more than 24 hours before getting a response. The entire job was completed on time, and at a cost that was less than the original estimate. That was particularly impressive because after the demolition phase was completed, they found more damage from the leak than anticipated. After the construction crew completed their clean-up, they brought in a professional cleaning team that did a thorough job of cleaning and dusting. Several days later Carlos did an inspection with us, and we identified a few small imperfections that they then corrected. We are completely satisfied with the work they did. We are planning to have other work done in our house, and New Line Construction will be the first company we reach out to.

We hired New Line Construction to remodel the bathrooms in our home and they did a wonderful job. The quality of the work was excellent; the price was competitive and the level of communication was fantastic. The team employed by Carlos Abrego, and who were in our home over the weeks required to complete the work, were excellent. Carlos shared excellent ideas and insights which greatly improved the project. Selecting a contractor felt like a bit of a gamble and we are fortunate to have selected New Line Construction. This project went so well that we hired New Line Construction for additional work to the exterior of our home.

Without a doubt, we highly recommend Carlos and his team at New Line Construction. We initially planned to only update our garage and the basement, but we ended up adding more projects due to the high quality of their work, reasonable pricing, and excellent communication. The team at New Line is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The specialists working on the various projects were dependable, courteous, diligent, and always on time. Carlos made sure that everything was to our liking from start to finish. He provided us with recommendations and worked within our budget.
