Vindictive. I missed an appt by mistake (noted the wrong day on my calendar). Returned the estimator's call within a half hour and apologized profusely for wasting her time and explained my mistake. She seemed to accept and offered to reschedule for Sat at noon - then didn't show or return my calls (all pleasant, asking if we should reschedule again). Never heard back. I get it if I burned a bridge by missing the appt - but tell me that. This was just nastiness and left me feeling like I dodged a bullet with these folks.
