National Home Healthcare provided services for a temporary period following a stay at a rehabilitation center after a hip replacement. A visiting nurse checked on my medications once, but did not follow up. A home health care aide did a fine job assisting with personal care. A physical therapist provided an adequate amount of exercises, but gave no advice about how to follow up when the period covered by Medicare had expired.
