All aspects of our dealings with Sterling Carpet were excellent. Bruce Demeritt was extremely helpful, both during our initial store visit to discuss the project and pick up carpet samples, and then again during his house call to take measurements. When our installation date had to be postponed, Alan Payne rescheduled it to fit our needs. Mo Kabiri, who actually installed our carpet, was a real pro; his years of experience were evident in his skilled craftsmanship and the pride he took in his work. We had two rooms totaling about 600 square feet that needed to be re-carpeted. It took about three hours per room for Mo and his helper to move heavy furniture out of the way, rip up the old carpet and padding, install the new material, and replace the furniture. The finished product looks absolutely great, and it is impossible to see where the seams are.
If you want a first-class carpeting job done right, you won’t go wrong with Sterling Carpet.
