I have been going to this practice for a few years, but it has gone downhill in the last year. The most severe incident occurred in September 2025. Dr. Tatiana Robinson met with my dog during an appointment and recommended we get him in for a dental because of broken teeth. Coincidentally, she was doing dental surgeries the next day, said she had a spot for him, and we scheduled the surgery for the next day. I expressed my concern with him going under anesthesia and being in a crate for a long period of time because he is a very active dog. I arrived on time for drop off, they said they would call me. I provided phone number during the day where they could reach me. I did not hear anything at all during the day until 4pm when they left a message letting me know the doctor was not able to perform the dental because another dog took longer than expected. So my dog had not eaten since 10pm the night before in prep for the surgery and had spent 9 hours in a crate. I arrived at the clinic, where you would think the office manager or someone in charge would have come out, apologized, and explained what happened. No one did that. The front desk person had no idea and the vet tech (Megan) came out to speak to me. They looked at me with sympathy, did not admit any fault at all, and did not express remorse at all for what they put my dog through. My dog was upset. They rescheduled him for the next day, when they did do the dental procedure and they did call me during the day. However, again no one in charge spoke to me and I had to ask for a credit for what occurred the day before. They gave me a 10% credit, which is not very much at all. I also asked to speak to the owner of the practice, which is when I learned this veterinary practice is corporately owned and is NOT owned by Dr. Robbins, as it states on their website. I asked to speak to the office manager, and they said she was not in and did not offer an alternative. I was very calm when speaking to them, but clearly wanted to get to the bottom of what happened. They were condescending, did not apologize, and I will not be returning to their practice. I was highly disappointed and do not recommend this practice.
