If you hire them don't expect yard care. All they do is mow the lawn. The don't even edge. They don't remove leaves except maybe in fall, but even then they mow over leaves, which doesn't mulch and just leaves smaller leaves all spread out for you to deal with. More like hiring a high school kid than a lawn-care company. They do have very expensive plans but they are set menu, not ala carte, so they don't care about your yard, they are a one-size fits all company. They are quick, but that's because they don't do anything. They use electric string trimmers and leaf blowers, which is good, but they don't actually string trim or get the leaves off the yard so that's bad. They also aimlessly blow leaves to the sides of your yard and into the street and the houses across the street so when the wind blows they're just you're leaves again. Don't bother.

We have used B Rushing for over a decade. They used to be the best, although pricey. But there has been a change over time. The service has gone from being personal and thorough to perfunctory and cookie-cutter. They spend maybe 10 minutes mowing, and their weed control is spotty and inconsistent. And yet they have continued to raise prices periodically (the bill to mow, fertilize, mulch beds, and do leaf collection on a 1/4 acre lot is around $5,000 per year). My observation is that they have focused solely on getting bigger and bigger, to the detriment of their customers. The last straw for me is that they have unilaterally changed their fall leaf service. They will no longer collect your leaves; they will only run the lawnmower over the leaves in your yard, leaving clumps of chopped up leaves that kill the grass underneath. And yet they charge the same as they did for leaf removal. I pointed out that I have a written service agreement saying that they would haul away the leaves, and their only response was that they have changed their practices. Why sign a contract, then, if they will simply change what services they provide without asking you? I can no longer recommend them.
