We have taken our Hondas to Joyce Koons Honda for many years, and they always do great work. Although they (like most dealers) are not inexpensive, we choose to service our cars at Joyce Koons Honda because of their detailed knowledge of Honda cars, their extended hours 7 days a week (including weekends), and their quality work. Roland (our service advisor) and Kevin (a former service advisor who is now one of the managers) are great to work with and always give great advice and personal service. Highly recommended!

Bought car at Joyce Koons in 2018. First few years. pleased with service work. In 2025, took the car in for service, got back a 7-page list (2 pages Multipoint Inspection, 5 pages services, pending and deferred recommendations). Seven “pending” items were listed as "fail", 5 "caution". Car mileage 56,994, Recommendation estimate $3,000+. Dealership also no longer took personal checks and placed surcharge on credit card use. I started using another dealership. Positive note - in 2026 had car issue after heavy rainstorm. I phoned Honda dealerships, including Koons. The Koon’s rep’s advice fixed the issue, leading me to use Koons in 2026. Again, I got a multipoint inspection list, plus recommendations. The list had a tire rotation cost, which should have been free (bought tires at Koons), and listed, with cost, items recently done at a different Honda dealership, raising a question whether a visual inspection was done. Bottom line, I would still consider using Joyce Koons, but only after careful review of recommendations.
