They bait you with a 30-day trial period before rolling over into a monthly fee basis. I have two cars I enrolled on different dates, three or four days apart.. On one of them, I goofed up and didn't un-enroll on a monthly fee plan until the 31st day. Turns out they billed me for a month on both cats on that day, even though one car had only been enrolled for eight days and I had un-enrolled two days before my 30th day. Management was totally unresponsive when presented with the facts of my case. Understand that they had the right to bill me for the cay I un-enrolled on the 31st day, but they should have refunded my money for the car I un-enrolled from monthly charges on the 28th day. Beware when dealing with this car wash and their introductory deals.
