Juan Granados is a painter and does major home repair and remodeling work but also is willing take on handyman tasks. I asked him to reinstall wooden blinds after window replacement. He arrived promptly (New Year's Day!) and quickly figured out a way to make them fit and look as if they had been manufactured for these (rather different) windows. He quickly handled other small replacement tasks. The cost estimate was very reasonable and was provided before the work started. One thing that is important to me is clear and frequent communication about any issues and the proposed solutions. Juan is excellent and proactive on that front. He is very pleasant to work with and is knowlegeable, exacting, and professional. I will have him return to re-frame a small door, and then probably tackle a major painting project. He definitely is a "keeper!"

Nelson put in a long bannister outside on my steps. He did the work within a week of being called and completed the job within an hour. The bannister goes from the sidewalk running down the street up to my porch. The cost was $750. It looks very nice and adds to my home. I did need it because I tripped and broke 5 bones as well as has having a concussion. It gave me freedom to be able to put out trash and get to my car.
