After reading glowing comments about this agency and genuinely feeling like I could benefit from professional help to improve my family vacations, I left very, very disappointed. This company required a $250 initial "planning fee," and then took 48 hours to present two hotels and a cruise at rates than higher than I literally found in a sixty second search on hotels.com (no other plans, idea, activities, etc). When pointing out that fact, she came back with "late checkout," "free wifi," and "amenities" that I already get with my hotel loyalty status and credit card programs. I was hoping that, in the age of ChatGPT, a travel agency would innovate and focus on a personalized, holistic approach to planning a vacation for a family willing to spend money. However, this was not my experience with Daniela at McCabe, and I left the experience very disappointed, $250 lighter, and with absolutely nothing to show for it.
