We've been using Fur Factory for about a year and a half for our dog and for the most part had been pleased with their service. However around 3 days after our dog's last grooming, he developed lumps/sores along his back. The first thing the vet asked us was whether he had been groomed recently. He was diagnosed with post-grooming furunculosis - a serious bacterial infection from contaminated shampoos and aggressive grooming that allows the bacteria to enter the skin. This will take over a month to treat and large vet bills. It's a painful condition for the dog. FFs only response was that they were sorry. We won't go there again and can't recommend them any longer.
