Just started using HRM (Honeest Reliable Mechanics), and we have been very pleased with its customer service and the quality of its works. Ron Locher, the manager, is easy to deal with and very helpful.

Been going to HRM for over 15 years. Completely reliable - only recommends needed repairs - and states why. A check engine light is on and off, for example - dealership said $975 to correct problem while HRM ran in garage inspections as well as driving and rebooted check engine light and only charged a normal inspection fee. It appears the check engine light on older Hondas have a tendency to light without anything wrong. When the light came on again on three occasions, HRM checked and rebooted light after finding nothing wrong - no charge! HRM advised to note any irregular changes to driving and come back.
