Went for diagnostic on battery not charging. Had been to NTB and NTB put in new alternator, but battery died and had to be towed. NTB put in new battery but happened again. So took to Toyota for assessment of the alternator fuse (a hard to get to fuse under hood. Ours was 20 year old van and they just weren't interested in doing any problem investigation. Place seems OK for new-ish cars and warrenty service, but not a good option for older cars. They said the new alternator wasn't a toyota brand part so I should pay them to put a toyota alternator in and after that they would see if they could figure out the problem. They didn't meausre voltages or test existing alterrnator, just charged $175 to put on lift, send a video of assessment (which included saying breaks were OK and tie rods needed to be replaced).

Replaced two tire pressure sensors that had gone bad. No problems with the repairs. But, the cost seemed a bit high, and the mechanic failed to replace the valve caps.

always trying to upsell you on services at prices much higher than other repair shops. also their promise of certain services free for as long as you own the car come with high pressure tactics
