Have used B&B three times over the past 20 years, most recently in January 2021. It's a family-run business with great selection, great prices, and great service. They have all the brands and styles in their showroom and their installers are top-notch. I called ahead to make sure the showroom was open during COVID, and the salesperson remembered my name and the details of my project when I walked in 3 days later. Installed within a week. I cannot fathom why anyone would buy carpet from a big box store when there is a local family business like this one that's far better and no more expensive.

We found B&B floors through Checkbook.org. With COVID, they came to our house with several samples and explained the different quality of each one. We ended up going with a higher-end quality carpet and were very happy with the cost of product and installation.
