Used this store twice in six months for complete kitchen and media room projects. Apparently they used to be very good but have decreased in quality and attention to detail in recent years. At last minute, I was informed that quartz didn’t arrive from overseas on time for kitchen and that i would have to drop everything to select another countertop immediately if i wanted to keep my installation appointment which was scheduled for 2 days later. My kitchen was completely demolished so of course i wanted to get a countertop ASAP. For second project, i had to conduct my own research online to locate the different colors of quartz because company representative couldn’t be bothered to find a specific color i wanted. I then had to go to Baltimore supplier to pick it out. They later sent me a quartz sample that didn’t look anything like the actual quartz slab. I was basically on my own in selecting and procuring this very expensive slab of quartz. Company representative acted like she was too busy to focus on me, and that she was doing me a favor just by taking my money. When it was delivered to my home on installation day, it was cut to wrong size leading to a lot of yelling between my contractor and the installer on site, and the company representative and contractor on phone. Essentially, this company follows a rule book of blaming all of their mistakes on outside forces or the homeowner’s contractor and doesn’t take any responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

I have a small kitchen and wanted a remnant piece for my countertop and they were able to find the perfect fit for me. They have a great selection and were very helpful. They treated me well even though I had a small order.

Granite slabs are identified by name. Ours, for example, is named Colonial White and every granite store, supplier, and installer we called had it in stock or could get it. We wanted to add an additional cabinet and countertop and wanted to match it to our existing countertops. Springfield Marble & Granite had it in stock, could match our existing countertops and had the lowest price by as much as 50 percent lower for an identical piece of granite. They were helpful in finding the slap we needed, had excellent service, and installed the new granite countertop when they said they would, neatly, and efficiently.
