A true craftsman. We have used him for several jobs, including stone patio and accent brick on the front of our house. Looks great and cleans up well after job is complete. Not the cheapest, but reasonable for a quality job.

After many years of Ardian's first repairs on our flagstone front walk, it began to need maintenance work again. He quickly responded to an estimate request; he was available in about a week to 10 days, kept us apprised of start day, came as he said he would and was done in two and a half days. After the estimate I found more work was needed so he extended the work and added reasonable new charges. He pointed out preparatory work we could undertake to save costs, which we did. The finish work was very well done as was the basic masonry work. Our only regret was that the adjacent plantings received a lot of concrete debris, which we had to clean up. We didn't compete prices as a current Checkbook masonry pricing survey identified this company as one of the least expensive.

I wanted to replace a 40 year old brick patio that had flooding flooding issues with a paver patio. Ardian came and immediately figured out how to solve the flooding problem and quoted a very reasonable price for the job. Once we picked out the pavers, we were lucky that he was immediately able to schedule the job. He and his wife Mimosa were a wonderful team to work with and the job was completed more quickly than we expected. We couldn't be happier with our patio and sitting wall and our drainage problems are gone!
