I had used this company based on this rating to repair a washing machine and a dryer. Both times the repair person came and was able to diagnose the problem, but had to order parts and come back in spite of me saying “the agitator is broken” or “the switch on the dryer door is broken”. Each visit was at least a week wait. This is a long time when you are without an appliance. The last experience was with my stove/oven in the fall of 2019. I knew what the broken part was (igniter) and had called the manufacturer for the part number. I called the owner to provide it and asked that the person come with the part as I had already waited 10 days. He arrived without the part and then they wanted to charge me for the visit. I said that I would pay when they returned and completed the repair. The owner was argumentative and said that I had not asked that they come with the part. I asked if she remembered that I had called her back with the part number. She said, “yes”. I asked if she remembered me asking that they come with the part. She said that was not clear. I asked why she thought I had called her to provide the part number and she said she didn’t know. To be clear - I had asked multiple times that they not come until they had the part. She asked if I wanted them to get the part and come back. I said, “yes”. I waited five days and called to ask when they would be able to return. They hadn’t ordered the part yet and asked if I wanted a quote. It took two more days until they called with a quote. By that time I had purchased the part and installed it myself. I told them I no longer needed their service. I would not use them again.
