These folks know what they are doing. They are not inexpensive. But they are professional and excellent. They took our 11 year-old shower and returned it to a sparkling state. They are also good at telling you what to expect and what not to expect. For example, they said up-front that they likely couldn't return the tile to it's full "new" state. But they came close!

Highly recommended! Loose grout let water behind the tiles in a guest bath that eventually leaked to the ceiling below. Another grout contractor said we would need to buy new tiles for the entire wall, while Grout Doctor said they could remove the existing tiles, repair the drywall foundation, and then clean and reinstall the original tiles so the repair would be undetectable. I was skeptical at first, but Anthony painstakingly removed the affected tiles individually (with the tub covered in a padded blanket to prevent any damage from accidental mishandling-which didn't occur), hand cleaned them, then reinstalled all the original tiles to ensure a seamless repair. The total repair was cheaper and less onerous than the other contractor since we did not have to find, buy, and have a different tile style on one wall.
