Hard to get help and service. I always feel like I'm imposing on them. They are also very frustrating when trying to get work on recalls: hard to get a straight answer on when parts are available, they don't call me when parts are in (despite what they claim), and it's hard to know what recalls are still left to do. Very frustrating.

Koons was my dealership and we've bought multiple vehicles there. Unfortunately, they misdiagnosed a problem with my vehicle, saying that the repair was going to exceed the value of the vehicle. This was distressing, especially because my vehicle was only 7 years old and in "good" condition. They offered no alternatives and no assistance with the manufacturer. Ended up getting help at another dealership and what was estimated at a $6,500 repair, should have been about $400. Lots of my time and money were wasted and I will NEVER go back to Koons Sterling Ford to purchase or repair a vehicle.

Brought my vehicle in because the ABS light had come on a few times. Was told that the brake repair was going to be $5,400! Much drama ensued because the vehicle was only worth about that much. Ended up taking it to another Ford dealer and turned out I needed a $300 repair job. Very unhappy with the whole situation.
